What is the API?

The Loyalty API is REST based and provides a programmatic way to configure your loyalty program and extract your data.

Use the API to integrate Dotdigital Loyalty with your platforms and systems to automate tasks, issue rewards and track social media activity.

API functional areas

The API has the following major functional areas:

• Members - calls that get details about your loyalty program members and their history.
• Rewards - calls that allow you get details about rewards on your loyalty program and issue coupons for them.
• Rules - calls that allow you to get details about point allocation rules and let you register social media engagement against a rule.
